  17. The German-Spanish Dictionary is a module for the 'Verbs & Nouns' and 'Verbs&Nouns Lookup' programs. It is a small dictionary of about 7500 German words. Your input to this dictionary is greatly appreciated - the dictionary is free. It will be useful to Spanish native speakers who are learning German and to German speakers who are learning Spanish.

The 'Verbs & Nouns' application allows you to add new entries and modify the existing entries, to add comments to every word, search for the German word or its Spanish translation, and do translation exercises. You can download the latest version of 'Verbs & Nouns' and 'Verbs&Nouns Lookup' from my home-page at:  http://users.netmatters.co.uk/dandaforbes

Please refer to 'Verbs & Nouns' Read Me file to get more information about other possibilities. The example of a useful feature is possibility to paste any German text from the clipboard into the Word Group (inside the Browse window). The program will add all words included in the dictionary that are present in the text passage. If you want to omit certain words (for instance most commonly used words) you can specify the 'omission group' (in the Groups Builder window).
